Shipping will begin within 3 Business days of your order. Your order is sent via USPS utilizing priority mail and should arrive within 5-8 business days. If your package fails to arrive within 14 days of shipping contact us at redpoppycraftco@gmail.com so we may assist in locating the package or send a replacement depending on circumstance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
